Dont see why they need to halt for such acquisition, not even significant
Expansionary mode ! China is a big market. Right direction to take.
Original vendor still holding 51% while Unusual holds 49%. Both with vested interests.
Cash payment. No fear of shares overhang but hopefully no right issues or percent at discount to raise funding. Amount involved less than A$ 5 mil.

I will pay 100 + broker commissions.
If price is 0.51 I will received 100 - broker commission

The theory here is when u buy a share you need to pay up within 3 days/ 5days right.
So if within this 3 days or 5 days u sell away u need not pay up the share. You received the different or pay up the different
