Think so. When everything & share price seems looking up. Suddenly halt then suspend.

| Guys, take a peace of mind. The worst already past, as long as they can generate revenue in coming few quarters. They able to survive and don't forget next 2020 1H if everything goes smooth then the hope of 6000 BDOD. They got stake bargain with lender let the clear the dust |

Substantial shareholder shld be aware . Bec they sold part of the oil field to alpha in exchange for shares. Means they are active in the oil field

Read the suspension announcement. It mentioned to read 31 May Announcement. And in the 31 May Announcement, you have 24 May 2019 n 1st payment due 1 Oct 19. Just sharing . . . Please perform your own DD. Thanks.

I went back to read their 31.5.19 announcement.
U r correct. They defaulted on the first instalment of the USD64m loan.

But they did announced not too long ago that loan restructured and first payment date pushed back from Dec19 to June20.

SGX faces a shrinking pool of companies - good ones get delisted or privatised while the crap ones go into suspension
USD64m is amount owe to Alaskan Govt.
Supposed to start repayment from 2019 to 2026.
Exact start date not sure. If presume quarterly repayment of 3.1m from 1 Oct 19,
means 26 instalment of 3.1m each. Added up is 80.6m.
This will implied above 25% interest. So, it' s unlikely to be this loan that they defaulted.
