SGX is a good venue for Short Trades.
But too bad for me. I using FSM (Ifast). It does not allow shorting.

property counter NAV high is normal. if say undervalue, invest longer better choose a real good property counter.
price go cheaper got ppl buy to trade.
if got good profits shown is another story
Important can make $. Market not so friendly. 😅

Prata is excellent biz. Every morning in coffee shop non-stop long ques to buy. But in sgx glove only got long q to sell. Where got hope lidat.
Btw, they got approval from FDA, wonder if they have started manufacturing their gloves for sale to US which is a huge mkt (maybe another flip flop again?)
