The annoucement refers to the 24 May agreement (see below), the sum is US$13.3M. May I know how you derive the 64M?

So scheming, already received notice on 5 Nov, still announced oil flow on 6 Nov.
Caused price move up and allowed one SSH to profit from rights issue while
Keeping quiet until now (almost half a month). No violation of any rule or regulation meh?
Actually amount not so huge, dunno got negotiate with creditor before the default or not.

The Company is currently engaging in further negotiations with the Lender which are sensitive in nature and which involves key assets of the Group.
Looks like creditor may be taking a stake in Alpha. If that happen, may be a better outcome since the loan will be cleared or reduced.....
