Wow, got interest, okay lah.... I shall post a little more.... this one on Venture..... if you have trust, or hope or wish it could go over twenty, then read on....... if not shut this thread and move on, otherwise you will find this post boring, because we are talking about a very boring stock.... but one speculation (not new, but resurfacing again), is, that it is seriously considering a share split, or a bonus share, if you like..... this rethinking is inspired by the rocketing DBS price since its bonus share issue.... besides, the liquidity currently is super low, in fact the number of issue shares is low too...... resulting in low interest, thus not able to add value to shareholders interests......

Venturing into a $20 share price territory with the help of a AI-driven boom

In 2026, Venture Corporation has emerged as a primary beneficiary of the global AI boom, which is currently defined by record-breaking investments in technology infrastructure. As the market enters a " second wave" focused on transitioning from experimentation to large-scale physical implementation, Venture has solidified its role as a critical downstream partner in the AI value chain

Rather than producing chips or software, Venture acts as an essential infrastructure builder, providing high-end manufacturing for the hardware that powers artificial intelligence. Its strategic importance as an " AI stock" stems from its capacity to build the advanced semiconductor equipment and hardware necessary for hyperscale data centers, effectively providing the physical foundation for the global AI ecosystem.

1. Relevance to the AI Boom: How Venture Benefits
Venture is not a " chip maker" (like Nvidia), but rather a critical " infrastructure builder."
  • Data Center Hardware:  AI requires massive data centers. Venture manufactures the high-speed networking equipment and " interconnects" that allow these AI servers to talk to each other at lightning speeds.
  • The " Picks and Shovels" Strategy:  During a gold rush, the shovel sellers often make the most consistent money. Venture provides the " shovels" &mdash the complex testing tools and optical hardware&mdash needed to build and maintain the AI ecosystem.
  • New Revenue Streams:  Starting in the second half of  2026, Venture is expected to see a significant revenue " ramp up" from new contracts specifically tied to hyperscale data centers and life science AI applications.
2. The " Niche" : What Rivals Cannot Match
  • Extreme Accuracy:  They can place tiny parts with incredible precision (thinner than a human hair). Most other factories cannot do this consistently.
  • Unique Focus:  Venture is great at making a mix of complex products in smaller amounts. Rivals like Foxconn make millions of identical items (like iPhones), while Venture focuses on thousands of complex machines.
  • Advanced Tech:  They use light instead of electricity to move data (Optoelectronics) and use special soldering techniques. These hard-to-do technologies are essential for the ultra-fast speeds AI needs.
3. Indispensability: Why Clients Never Leave
Venture is more than a factory they are a  co-designer. This creates a " moat" that makes them indispensable to their clients.
  • Deep Integration:  Over  50% of Venture' s revenue  comes from products they helped design. Once Venture co-designs a product, it is extremely difficult and expensive for a client to move to a competitor.
  • Quality over Quantity:  Venture' s profit margins are roughly  5 times higher (approx. 11%)  than the industry average (2%). This is because they handle " mission-critical" products where failure is not an option, allowing them to charge a premium for their expertise.
  • Financial Security:  With S$1.2 billion in cash and no debt, clients trust Venture will be a reliable partner for many years to come.

I know the newbies (who often follow blindly, and often the last to enter) are very very lazy to read long analysis, so I cut short and post only the very " why" ones.... the juicy I' ll keep it a bit longer .. soon automatically you will understand why the black market is interested in these..... btw, by now, you should know the gangsters don' t play a fool in posting unbelievable targets....soon you' ll ownself see prices running away from its basic fundamentals, but if you know Buffett' s fundamental thinking " ..,as long as the future growth potential is far greater.....it' s fine with me." .... still, if you want to invest, you got to understand a bit of the background,

How AEM  and  UMS  have established themselves as essential players in the global AI supply chain
In 2026, the AI boom has transitioned to industrial-scale implementation, fueling a $500 billion " capex super cycle" focused on infrastructure like data centers and high-performance chips. Companies providing foundational layers or data-intensive workflows are seeing the most rapid growth.

Crucial to this supply chain are  AEM Holdings  and  UMS Integration Limited, specialized semiconductor suppliers whose integrated solutions for high-performance computing (HPC) make them indispensable. Their high barriers to entry, deep technical integration, and strategic geographic advantages have secured their roles as essential, long-term partners to global semiconductor giants.

Relevance and Benefit from the AI Boom
Both companies are " second-order" beneficiaries of AI. They do not make AI software, but they provide the essential hardware and testing systems required to build AI chips.
1) AEM: Directly benefits from the surging demand for high-performance AI processors. In 2026, AEM is seeing a " transformative year" as its major  AI and High-Performance Computing  (HPC) customers  ramp up production for next-generation AI accelerators.
2) UMS: Benefits from the massive capital investments made by its top client,  Applied Materials (AMAT), to build the specialized machines needed for AI chip fabrication. The rapid adoption of AI is a primary driver for UMS' s projected 2026 earnings growth.

Forte and Niche Manufacturing (The " Secret Sauce" Narrative!)
AEM and UMS possess specialized technologies that create high barriers to entry, making it difficult for rivals to displace them.
1)  AEM' s ForteSystem-Level Testing (SLT).
  • The Niche: While traditional testing only checks if a chip works, AEM' d SLT tests chips in a " real-world" software environment.
  • The Edge: Its patented  PiXL&trade Active Thermal Control  can precisely manage the extreme heat generated by powerful AI chips during testing - a capability traditional test equipment lacks.
2)  UMS' s ForteIntegrated Precision Manufacturing.
  • The Niche: UMS is one of the few suppliers qualified for over  70 specialized production processes, such as complex chemical cleaning and anodizing for chip-making equipment.
  • The Edge: Its " one-stop-shop" model - from precision machining to full system assemble - allows it to act as an " extended factory" for its clients, providing a level of reliability and cost-efficiency that smaller rivals cannot match.
Why Long-Term Clients Remain Loyal
Their value to giants like Intel and Applied Materials goes beyond simple manufacturing it is about deep operational integration.
  • Deep R& D Partnership: AEM co-develops its testing systems with its major clients, ensuring the machines are ready exactly when a new chip is launched. This " customer intimacy" makes AEM indispensable for meeting aggressive time-to-market goals.
  • Supply Chain Resilience: UMS has strategically expanded its production in  Penang, Malaysia, offering a " local-for-local" model that helps global clients bypass trade tensions and tariffs between the US and China.
  • Proven Scale: Both firms have decades of experience in high-volume manufacturing, providing the " guarantee of supply" that global tech giants require to avoid costly production delays.
Market Sentiment: As long as the AI " capex super cycle" continues, these stocks are likely to remain favorites for investors  seeking exposure to the physical infrastructure of the AI boom

For reference, Temasek is the largest shareholder of AEM with a 12.46% stake. Bought into the plaement price of $3.8477 (26.8 mlllion shares) in August 2021 and subsequently raised its stake in the open market at higher price.  So, it has suffered a substantial loss in its invesment to date.

Worth investing if it can turn more profitable in 2 year' s time.

The gangsters see Venture breaking $25, Ums and AEM breaking $4 within these two years..... unbelievable right?.... only because you think it' s impossible.... and because it looks impossible right now....
But then,   once upon a time, it seems impossible for DBS to break $50.... and we were the first to break that mindset ..... all the posts are still here in this forum, you can still read them for fun..... meanwhile....

According to
The Business Times  and DBS Bank, AEM Holdings, UMS Holdings, and Venture Corporation are positioned to benefit from the AI-driven semiconductor market due to strong fundamentals and phenomenal  growth potential.  As key players in the semiconductor supply chain, these companies are strategically placed to capitalize on the increasing global and regional demand for AI components and equipment.

TH does not get it right all the time.  On hindsight, TH' s investment in AEM in 2021 and 2022 was ill-timed. Subsequently, as its share price tanked, TH was smart not to throw good money after the bad for the past 3 years.

The semi-conductor sector is poised for a correction, and I see a pull-back overall.  AEM will be affected as well.

Means, we must have got in much lower la..... now is $1.90, so we' re well in the money..... but the black market' s people must have gotten some very " useful" info to want to go in inspite of the many challenges ... and the info must be damned good to make it worth their while....... and if they are in, the rule of thumb is that as long as they are in, you won' t see a melt down .... look at the recent times, in spite of the law suit thingy, it is holding pretty well.... let' s see how it goes ..... my guess is , if what the gangsters provided me goes according to plan, you' ll see it bouncing back to above $2.50 easily in the near future and should be hitting three if the Intel news and Nvidia news come true...... as I often said, the black market' s people don' t play a fool when it comes to money...... I believe they also got the " blessings" and acknowledgement from the T people, and maybe they are in it to bring the price to the four dollar target.......

Temasek first decided to invest in AEM Holdings in August 2021. Specifically, AEM announced on 6 August 2021, that it had entered a subscription agreement with Temasek to raise S$103.1 million through a private placement.  Temasek became AEM' s largest shareholder through this initial private placement and subsequently increased its stake through open market purchases:

  1. The initial investment: Private placement at $3.8477
  • In August 2021, Temasek' s indirect subsidiary, Venezio Investments, first became AEM' s shareholder by participating in a private placement.
  • Temasek paid S$103.1 million for 26.8 million new shares at an issue price of S$3.8477per share.
  • This was a negotiated price, representing  a discount to the market price at the time  (imagine the market price of AEM at that time!), to reflect the large volume of shares being purchased directly from the company.
  • This initial stake represented 9.5% of AEM' s total issued shares at that time, making Temasek the largest shareholder. (Is you go through AEM' s website, or SGX' s subsequent announcements, and wonder, how come Temasek' s stake in terms of percentage thereafter dropped? It' s because of the increase in issued shares)

          2.  Subsequent purchases: Open market acquisitions at varying prices
  • After the initial private placement, Temasek continued to buy additional shares directly from the market through its subsidiary, Venezio Investments to steadily increase its stake.
  • These market purchases happened at the prevailing market price on the day of the transaction.
  • By 7 March 2022, its stake had risen to 10.29%, and by 14 April 2022, it was reported as 12.08%. According to reported media data, as at 31 March 2025, Temasek  holds  12.40%  of AEM' s shares, or approximately 39,012, 500 shares.
  • Black market gangsters believe that in time to come, Temasek will resume increasing in its stake in AEM. As I noted, the AI connection is going to be a big issue.   Forget the legal problems. It' s not as if the people in Temasek under Pillay and Gupta did not do due diligence. Small matter according to the confident mafia.

There are rumours that AEM has been shipping many test equipment to Intel recently and there is a possibility that their sales may exceed or meet the higher end of their 2H revenue guidance of $170 to $190.
Hope you guys can share more information.

As I said, Temasek holds the key to future of AEM, and there may be hidden agenda planned for them..... According to black market sources, PM Lawrence Wong amd PM Modi, made a special visit to AEM' s facilities late last year, and top executives from Temasek including the man with the Midas touch, Mr Gupta visited the company some time this year..... Is there something the black market knows, we yet to know? Why the sudden great interest in AEM?...... slowly, maybe I will get the pieces of the puzzle, and maybe I' ll post them here..... meanwhile this is what I received from the gangsters' whatschat.......
