After the dividend.....this punchet more than the 12c dividend. Now the saving grace for this one is hopefully news of takeover offers. OCBC will also keen to divest if it can get a good offer for UE. Now coming down to the re-entry level?

It seems like the suitors are running over the numbers and still need more time. Ok then, we stay patient but please don' t fail to make supportive shareholders very happy.
The drop in share price tracked closely the 12c dividend before closing with a 11c drop. Let's if this is the opportunity to hoot some?

That's for sure will likely to happen since the dividend is 12c and the ex is this coming Wednesday, meaning if anyone interested to get the dividend must buy on Tuesday. Monday is public holiday.....labour day. The thing is after going ex, that may present a good opportunity to buy this stock on dips depending the takeover offer? DYODD

A couple hours to go before closing for today and the month of April.....pushed to $2.92 maybe due to AGM for OCBC but somehow Prive has punchet back down, guessed no news release of any official offer accepted anytime soon.
I agree that each individual as shareholder is concern on the sale of UE. My advise is to see your own investment plan and strategy.
For the benefit of those who is not there, UE board has shared some light on the current and future plan of their business. In short, business as usual from their POV.

My reference to Newbie86 regarding UE keeping mum about the progress of the sale of UE which almost all UE shareholders are keen to know. During the AGM, such important question should be addressed.
If there isn' t news or progress for too long, holders who bought, solely for this purpose may not want to hold on for too Long. And everybody has a different level of tolerance. Some may just sell and move on, especially those who already in a profit position.
Up to an individual to agree or disagree. In the end, the market decides.

Hi Michael, how to tell good sign from bad sign?
Has a small GAP up and also noticed the market depth is even one sided to the buyers than yesterday. Maybe some news soon?

Not sure how the market will react to this, afterall many shareholders are very keen on the progress. I think this may not be a good sign.

finally got it ....
Noticed that since this morning the market depth for this counter is showing the buyers' Q is more than the sellers. Now even GLP is showing the same thing......whether fake Q or not, this is a sure sign that something is brewing?
