O and G counters move along with Brent and WTI prices . Right now it has drop back to around $63 for Brent down from the high of $70. However , OPEC has just release a statement saying demand will outstrip supply from shale producers so they are confident prices will go back to the $65-$70 region soon . This should allow KM and MM to get more support contracts boosting their profitability as more oil producers ramp up their production off the seas in search of higher quality yields. This statement by OPEC is very important and significant . Anyway KH and MM are good quality stocks with very good fundamentals so you won?t see and risk of share dilution or rights issue as their management has a very sound team behind them. Certainly , due to the recent market event , there has been some drop in confidence but if you put aside the noises made during the drop and accumulate the cheap , a 20-30% return is definitely on the cards . Some people just want to shout to accumulate cheaper . I prefer to ignore them and hold my own .

Two weeks ago, I mentioned impending sell down on these Mermaid and KH.. And both are like twins outdoing each other to come down. Next will be counter ending with e. So watch for it.

Why selling down?
I see there is no panic to sell or to scramble to buy now. All standing by to observe?
FTSE oil & gas index 431.45. Have regained most compare to its peak at 700+
DJ +330, most stocks expect to rebound tomorrow, Monday.
Building a strong buy Q block at 0.170
Buy Mermaid. The industry on path of recovery
Why think of resistance, better think how to sell. With Midas announcement and oil heading towards $61, better think of an exit strategy. Just my thoughts.
