Wow, this shitted another 20% among the bloodbath today. Though it' s 30% discount to NAV, I think I better sit on the sidelines first.

There is an updated RTO aanouncement in Mar.  Based on OS latest results, NAV = US6.99cts or about SGD9.8cts and about 60% in cash.  At current price there seems like a good MOS.

I read the RTO and it was back in Jan. So it shouldn' t explain the recent market activity. Unless there are some new developments and the information is somewhat leaked??
What' s interesting is based on the RTO, the value of the new shares to be issued is $0.352 after a 2-to-1 considation. Based on today' s closing price, price after consolidation will be $0.16, which is a 54% discount from the vale of the new shares to be issued. That' s why I' m quite interested in this counter due to the large gap. But wanted to gather more info on the 40% price crash.

I think somebody is trying to sustain the price of this counter by buying 100 shares per transaction (each transaction costing less than $10). On multiple occasions, there is large volume of stocks sold on a big dip but at the end of the day, there' s an order of 100 shares at a large premium Vs transacted market rate. What this joker fails to understand is the weighted average price of transacted shares is still very much lower than the closing price at the end of the day.

Any idea why this counter is dropping like mad? It dropped another 13% to $0.075 today. The price in the last month was $0.126, so it' s a 40% drop in less than a month. Unless I' m missing something, there are no new developments to warrant such drop??

Indeed.   I am not surprised abt it.   Based on valuation which is about 4 timex NTA (compared to SG property which trade below NAV/RNAV), it seems over-priced.   However, the selling point of LINK will be its involvement in the One World Medini project.   How will it go?   Only time will tell.

The staus got upgraded from MOU to SPA.   In term of progress is good news.   However, it also provided for the first time, some financial figures of LINK.   Most developers in SG trade below their NAV and way below their RNAV.   LINK is value at 4 times NTA.   Can property play experts shares their view?

Simply like this:
RNAV from announcement is S$504.4mil.   OS current NAV is USD$32.4mil.   So possible NAV is 504.4 + 32.4 * 1.33 = S$547.6mil.
Total share after 2:1 consolidation + new issues = 867.5 mil
NAV per share = 63cts.   So pre consolidation about 31.5cts.
Liverpool77 ( Date: 15-Jan-2015 16:03) Posted:
| Bro...57% gain on 31.5 cents..may know how to arrived it? |

Theoretical is taking the RTO issuance price which is 30+c divided by 2. which is 17+c. Period.
