I think BB is accumulating at 19. Volume quite high for the past week and price stagnant.

Accumulate this multi bagger. No other stock can be cheaper at just 2.1cts currently and yet pay you 5% dividends.

Other stocks can of course pay you 5% in dividends but they cost you at least $2 or $3 instead :-)

Ntegrator came off from its worse two years ago.   Revenue has been growing for the past three years at

2014 - US$41mil

2015 - US$52mil

  2016 - US$67mil

but so far the order book from last annoucement is about US$84mil (US$36.2mil from Q4 report + recent wins of US$47.8mil).   This is only about one year worth of revenue but will be recognised over three years.   So ntegrator needs to win contracts consistently and market should be watching closely on this aspect of their business.   And if they maintain the cost manangement and adopt a fixed dividend policy, makret will re-rate it.   This will be soem distance away from here and the question remains " Can ntegrator achieve that?"

For now, I see warrant holders taking advantages of every good piece of news putting pressure on the mother share price.

unwarranted sell off...

2017/2018 till 2019  looks like going to be bumper year for NTEGRATOR..

keep close to chesst...

currrent contract last 3 years ..to complete the execution..

Indeed but the one buy over the warrants need to either sell to another person and the price needs to be higher which is not the case now.   Ultimately the pressure comes back to the mother shares.

Not really, they can also sell off the warrants separately and still make good gains.

Why would they want to convert to mother share and still sell off at the same price? Doesn't make any sense.

Assuming he has 100 lots of warrants
Sell off warrants at 1ct = $1000 profit

Convert to mother Ntegrator pay 1ct = $1,000

Sell mother 100 lots at 2cts = $2,000
Less earlier conversion cost = $1,000

Profit is still $1,000

And there is no arbitrage to speak of.
