anyone knows why in the past courts were privatised?
Previously there was COURTS PLC (UK) which were owned by the Cohen Family and were a majority shareholder of Courts Singapore
you know what are the directors?

Don' t forget to maintain a blacklist book. If privatization again for the counter, will be second or third time? Never mind just find out who are the directors and enter their names into the black book. Don' t invest in any counter that they have interests in, lol.

No point pushing.... Cos power not there... Anyway The CEO is on tv. Wel.... There are actually not many shares in the market. Easily pushed up if he is sincere to promote the company. Nav 60cts. Submarine for a long while. Till now, a dividend stock. Good to keep for privatization.
