The Board of Directors (?Board?) of ICP Ltd. (?Company?) wishes to announce that the
Company has incorporated an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary in People?s Republic of China
known as 途 今 （ 宁 波 ） 酒 店 管 理 有 限 公 司 (Tu Jin (Ningbo) Hotel Management Co Ltd)
with a registered capital of USD5,000,000 on 20 October 2016.
The principal activity of Tu Jin (Ningbo) Hotel Management Co Ltd is in relation to the
provision of hotel management services.
The investment was funded through internal resources and is not expected to have any material
impact on the Group?s earnings per share or net tangible assets per share for the current financial year ending 30 June 2017.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interests, directly or
indirectly, in the above transaction other than through their shareholding interests in the
Company.

As exepcted, price soften liao. Have to wait .....
My obersevation : Last Friday, somebody is feeding the market with massive amount of 0.010 after they cleared 0.009.
The price then stagnate @ 0.010 and so is today' s price action. My guess, will have to wait before seeing real action.

It has/share the same boss of ITE electric..also a speculative counter..
ITE was whack up > 300%
So can "watch" this penny ...

Can "watch" this nxt week..if it can reach 2cents...then can be exciting..2c is around its pre consolidation level..
Its a "micro" cap penny coy..
With its market cap of only $23mil..this is a micro penny coy with cash around $22mil ! & little debt.so unlikely to go bankrupt..
with assets like 2 boats and intangible asset "travelogde" hotel brand...
Hence can watch this penny in the next weeks or months if its new business plans "hotel mgmt" works out..
