Their hospitals are ready or not? Health care now talk of the town. Any rub off effect from Rowsley? Would be nice to have some action. Want to short or long. Any news coming?
Since acquisition target is terminated, so no longer need money, will they cancel the rights? By right they should because they give the reason for rights issue to acquire Beverly Wilshire Medical. Are they cheating shareholders or the SGX by saying they want to acquire this business, in order to get approval for rights?.

The company is actually in a state of flux. This could be a good sign that management are obsessed with doing something. Maybe doing something that is right.
Confused and afraid to do wrong again. This is good sign.
On the other hand, there is no good advisor in the company, it seems. This is bad. This reason is based on the company' s inability to have hindsight of evaluation which subsequent due diligiences of the too many failed projects elucidated. In Chinese, it can summarize this deficiency as " He Bi Dang Chu?" .
Management must do some soul searching immediately...

No need to sell already because acquisition of Beverly Wilshire Medical Centres has not gone through due to the lapse in the date of acquisition.
The board likes to play a fool wit shareholders. With two acquisitions failed after talking so much, it is time to realize it is very shameful for the board to stay. Please make way by resigning and inviting a good CEO to come in to join the business.

Must check the quality of this target company or group. Don' t be like the previous target that had negligible tangible assets, that luckily the big shareholders rejected. Hope this round will be a good acquisition. Will check on the website of this new target.

I' ve lost in this counter. But this new proposed acquisition seems very promising, expecially compare with the acquisition in Taiwan. I sill have confidence in this counter, new shareholder, new hope. I think political turmoil in Taiwan is going to reverse definetely. Now the group has the expertise & platform to enter Mainland market. If all these works well as planned, in 5 years, Mainland & Taiwan & Malaysia, huge market, huge opportunities!
