The Rights are free for investors like you who are holding mother shares. You can choose to (1) sell the 800 lots of rights OR (2) keep and use the rights to subscribe up to 800 lots of new shares at cost of $0.005. For people who buy the rights from the market and subsequently use them to subscribe to new shares, their cost will be higher (i.e market price + $0.005). Example, if I buy the rights from the market at $0.016, I have to pay extra $0.005 to subscribe to new shares, my total cost per share will be $0.021, which happens to be current price of mother shares. You can sell your rights in the open market, just like buying and selling of mother shares.

Brother I abit confused will it affect the mother share if rights or warrants trade tomorrow? Mother share will still be 0.021?
