Anyone else attended? One brave soul stood up to question the rationale of the cashing out on the company with a potential he compared to Alibaba [in terms of relisting it on Nasdaq]. The rest who spoke out were on the whole happy with the deal and in praise of the management.

There is a question in the Scheme meeting asking on the value of GLP on its acquisition of European logistics -Galazey at $2b.

It is important to vote because there are certain conditions (in terms of % of share) to be satisfied for the motion to pass through.
You can vote by (i) attending the scheme meeting, or (ii) send in the proxy form to indicate your vote.

I voted online since my GLP shares are in Citi custodian.
By the way, the default is " For the Scheme" so in case you did not have a chance to vote.
I received all documents from GLP through email as well you may want to call GLP Investment Relation if you need the full documents |

Bro this is an important meeting ....imagine if half way during the meeting ( trading hours) ....some quarrel happens ( IF lah) share price can flunctuate
immediately as many major shareholders are there.
Anyway, I thk the vote wld be positive w Temasek on there side. ( I hv mail in my vote)

Going to vote under the cash acct. Forgo the voting under the SRS acct (Too lazy to info/instruct the SRS agent bank). Hopefully, the meagre 90 lots there have no effect on the scheme outcome. But no door gift this time (No more $20 Income voucher)
Scheme meeting is tomorrow 30 Nov at 10am, I have already sent in the proxy form early.
