2) Can you qualify his constant selling of shares? Based on my check, he sold 37M shares to finance the exercise of his warrants for 100M additional shares. To me, this is just business acumen which you expect nothing less of Boss chan.

There?s a reason why he sold a portion of his shares on 3 July. Along with the same date as the warrant exercise, he sold similar stake to hold his % in the company at 71%. If he did not sell, the free float shareholding % in public would decrease. Bearing in mind that the minimum free float % is 10%, any lower will have to be delisted. Given that, I won?t see it as a lack of confidence or overvaluation from the market

Guards bro n the rest, I am thinking of re-entering SeD but I do hope to get some real tots:
(1) I saw the news on what DSS shared ytd BUT isn' t the news OLD news which was already reported 1-2 weeks ago by SeD under SGX? (I am 110% certain it is the same, I went to re-read both)
(2) What are your thoughts on Boss Chan constant selling of shares |
