Further to the announcement on 12 May 2014 and quarterly results update, the Board of Directors
of Vibrant Group Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) and together with its subsidiaries (the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) is pleased
to announce that the construction of the first government-approved resettlement housing
development project in Jiangyin, China with guaranteed buy-back at

2013-C-47 has been well ahead of schedule.
The construction project started in June 2014 and the building structure for the 14-storey and 33-
storey high residential flats were completed two months ahead of schedule in November 2014 and
February 2015 respectively. The total gross floor area is approximately 41,954 square metres. This
construction project is expected to be completed by the end of 2015. It was a remarkable
achievement being our first government-approved resettlement housing development project in
China.
In May 2015, the Group&rsquo s subsidiary, DP-Master-Vibrant (Jianyin) Real Estate Development Co., Ltd
(

) (&ldquo Master Real Estate&rdquo ) has been awarded another
government-approved resettlement housing development &ldquo Build and Transfer&rdquo project located at
港 新 城 申 港 街 道 临
in Jiangyin, China (&ldquo the Project&rdquo ).
The Project comprises five blocks of 11-storey high residential flat and five blocks of 18-storey
residential flat with a total of 928 residential units, and an estimated build up area of approximately
124,884 square metres. The Project is scheduled to be completed by end of 2016. The Group has an
effective 36% shareholding interest in this Project.
The Project investment is not expected to have a material impact on the earnings per share and net
asset value per share of the Group for the financial year ending 30 April 2016.
None of the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company have any interest, direct or
indirect, in the above transaction.

DP-Master-Vibrant (Jianyin) Real Estate Development Co (Master Real Estate) has been awarded a government-approved resettlement housing development " Build and Transfer" project located in Jiangyin, China.
Today up 0.3 cents, volume very high. Any good news?
somehow I feel Vibrant has become a lender of last resort which explains their high interest rate.

Coal prices now are pretty slump. Many mining companies are facing headwinds, whether this incorporation will add on its profitable will be a key concern
I personally see it as a good deal. having a 28% stake in a new (RTO-ed) entity in coal mining for NOTHING!
a conglomerate soon... now it has businesses in
property, mining, logistics and freight, storage, financial services.
5% drop upon the news. If price wasnt pushed up before the news, the share price could be 9c or below.
