NAV of counter is $1.58
with projects soon to be completed and thereby realising even more value, I personally think this is an SUPER UNDERVALUED offer and will vote no for it.

Still halted, so I think could be a major announcement.
I think announcement will only be released over the weekend, so lifting of trading halt will be earliest Monday .

I believe there is debt repayment due this year. So might raise equity via rights, or take company private to restructure the debts. Maybe have the shareholder loans to cover.

Thinking of getting more for possible delisting...........good values in the long term and I believe the major shareholders would like to own it on their own........

If delist, my take is that it will be a good price. Major shareholders had been fair to retail investors since pcrt time.
