Congrats all 90.5cts owners.
Based on present ESR reit traded price of 52.5cts, Viva is worth 93.6cts. And that is haven't take into account of coming dividend pay out.

To add on, Viva will be suspended next week if merger approved... to be delisted and converted to ESR

Gentle reminder there going to be one more dividend payout before merger.
90.5cts selling fast
So if u invest $52000 dollars, ur profit if u buy Viva will be $12 x 100 = $1200 ..  minus away ur brokerage, roughly $200 to $300, u still earn around $1000.

Give u one example: A guy has $520 dollars and wants to invest. He deciding between buying ESR or Viva. We ignore brokerage fee for easier calculation. Current market price of ESR = 52 cents and Viva 90.5 cents.
Case A:  buying ESR. So $520 can get him 1000 shares of ESR.
Case  B: buying Viva: So $520 can get him 574 shares of Viva.
After merger,
Case A:  Still 1000 shares of  ESR and worth $520, nothing changed.
Case  B: He will get 574 x 1.6 = 918 shares of ESR +  574/100 x $9.6 (every 100 shares $9.6 dividend) = $55
                        So his 918 shares of ESR is worth 918 x 52 cents  = $477 and his total worth will be $477 + $55 = $532.
Case A: No profit/no loss... $520 vs $520,    Case B: Profit of $12 .... $520 vs $532
Case A:  buying ESR. So $520 can get him 1000 shares of ESR.
Case  B: buying Viva: So $520 can get him 574 shares of Viva.

Case A: No profit/no loss... $520 vs $520,    Case B: Profit of $12 .... $520 vs $532

Based on the issue price of $0.54 per new ESR-Reit unit, VIT stapled securityholders can expect to receive $9.60 in cash, and 160 new ESR-Reit units for every 100 stapled securities held.
Means if i buy now, after the merger I will get back $9.60 + 160 ESR-Reit units, for every 100 units of VIT?
Today all 90.5cts sold out.
Tomolo will be last day offer before "Yes-I-Do" ceremony on Friday.
