i emailed IPC' s IR to try to understand on how IPC earn its revenue and how did they suddenly had a fair value gain in the preference shares in NHJC.. unfortunately they said they cannot make selective disclosure which annoyed me.. how diffucult is it for them to at least inform how IPC earn its revenue?

anyway, can anyone share some insights on why there is this sudden fair value gain pertaining to preference shares in NHJC? how IPC earn revenue? is it via hotel rental or some other forms? there must be a reason why IPC is trading far below its NAV.. 1 probable reason is the consistent losses they make over the quarters (other than this quarter one-off gain from fair value gain in preference shares in NHJC)..
