If they held it nobody seems to have mentioned it...may have been so informal it was hush hush...They have to March 23rd to come up with the creditor proposals...that is mandatory I believe but the informal meeting is not...so perhaps they could not arrange it with CNY/Xmas....or nobody interested in attending...the creditors know it the end of the road so no need for informal meeting...

We have forgetten LAWs are set up to Protect the filthy rich...Highest punishment will not prevail !! Appeal Appeal Adjourn & Adjourn...You see so many corruptions , fraud   sentences are so mild only at the end .. no deterrent at all ! It' s time to relook into the penalties for white collar crimes!

Sad to say our society is degrading , many scams & crooks around these days (more & more high level management fraud). People has to stay vigilant that' s all...
