Shall plunge into junk bond status when FY bad result release. The Directors have failed to response my question on the Hyflux' s ability as agoing concern. Something is wrong as SGX did not query them on the yesterday plunge of CPS or Percapsec. It seems SGX s officers are sleeping and useless.

if am not wrong thousand of peoples holding Hyflux' s shares, notes , bonds etc.....
many years ago Hyflux is one of the super blue chips around $2+++ to $3+++ if i rember correctly and many brothers/sisters
use hard earn cash and CPF invest into it but now the shares price only 30 cents.....
so if want Hyflux to survive and go strong Old Lady need to change to Young Lady hahahahaaaaaaaa

I think she did offer to buy the HyfluxShop shares back from shareholders. She cannot do that unless coupons are paid out for the preference shares and bonds.

hyflux has exhausted all the available options.

no more bank loans.
no more perp bonds coz it has lost its reputatio.
no buyers to buy the power spring plant.
... what can it do? default lo.
...investors hard luck lo.
dont forget it still has other notes and bonds.
....

as for redemption it' s hard to say cos if they did bought back a lot at deep discount and with big funds support they can still redeem it in time to maintain a good reputation otherwise in future who dare to subscribe their new bond/notes issue

Bonds/Notes are interest not dividend .....
as for redemption it' s hard to say cos if they did bought back a lot at deep discount and with big funds support they can still redeem it in time to maintain a good reputation otherwise in future who dare to subscribe their new bond/notes issue
