Those who missed the boat at 10cts should move on and not expect price to go up further. It' s core businesses being sold on the cheap lol. Just move on and not speculate too much here.

After the special dividend, the company enters hibernation mode where trading in its shares will be suspended.
Unless it' s bought over for a backdoor listing within 12 months, it will be written off likely with zero value. This sale really covers everything (including GrandBlue holdings), with the remaining gap to NAV all written off. IMO, the sales price is too low and is not really fair to shareholders which have held on for a longer timeframe. Still a small profit for me, but a loss to long-term shareholders.

Sori don't know how to paste link...anyway make thing short...after sell all business. .it has cash of approximately 19.7 cts..after distribution. .14.3...still have 5.4cts...if after 1 yr no new business. Delist. ..this is wat I understand. .

C&G will be like another MFS become cash coy after giving out div. maybe delisted one yr time if can't find buyer...
