0.62 very strong support, 0.70 resistance, now at 0.64, go down risk 2 cents, go up potential more than 5 cents at least.

Yes the trend is very positive
With 100,000 shares invested at $77,500 and received dividend about $4,000 a year works out to handsome return of 5.16%
Assuming that the counter will eventually be privatised like other REITs when the principal has plans for redevelopment it is likely to price would be around $1
Just by holding long term would be a win win situation so the earlier to buy the better otherwise higher price means lower annual returns
Prices likely to plateau when return close to FD annual rates

At price 0.715 there are 779.1 buyers
At price 0.720 there are 1,503.5 sellers
Big boys trying to cap the price and buying at 0.715 from weak holders but if there are enough people to see that Far East Group will one day redevelop these assets and had to buy back the REITs then these people will start snapping at sellers price
Some big time developers just group and park some assets under REITs for future redevelopments. When the REITs are IPO is at high price then allowed to drop for few years till is time to redevelop these assets then start buying back to privatise
A good example is CapitaLand and Capitalmall Asia. What happens to the China assets ?

Is a matter of time when Far East Group will take back Far East Hospitality Trust to unlock the value of properties under this trust.
For years there have been no corporate activities but the price has been allowed to drop from around $1 to below 60 cents but lately climbed above 70 cents.
