I am curious too.
If someone bought over those share, are they main shareholder liao?
Will be   Magnus: 1 For 50 Share Consolidation ?
Food for thought ?
If someone bought over the entitled ( current) 500 mil++ share in open market   what position will he be holding in the company or what power he have over the current management .
I am responding to the u/m thread. I doubt it will go up that soon

Market talks :-  Looks like an undervalued gem, decent balance sheet. Current assets> current liabilities, acid test ratio at 3.691. Don' t seem like this company will go bust. Only concern is the the management, limited growth but definitely worth more than 0.001.
Therefore me and some is buying small amount of 0.002 just in case we miss the   cruise   hope not the............ Titanic
some buying?
no new business... situation remain stagnant.

What does this mean for this stock ?
MAGNUS Energy Group on Thursday said that its subsidiary APAC Coal will not proceed with the proposed acquisition of Goyes Agri-Food Investment.
In a filing to the bourse operator, the group said that the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) has advised APAC that due to the structure and nature of the transaction, it is unlikely that the merged group will meet ASX' s requirements for admission to the official list of ASX.
APAC is listed in Australia.
In mid-2016, Magnus said that APAC would buy 100 per cent of the shares in Goyes Agri-Food Investment from Sharp Year Ventures for A$136 million (S$147.7 million).
