Wow.    Super power today.  Once the sale is completed, this coy will have 14.5cts per share.  BV about 20cts.  Property counter can trade at 0.7 BV so expected trading price should reach 14cts if Market revalue this counter to match its peers.  The expected 14.5cts cash per share should also give 14cts some firepower.  But its property developement is still at infancy stage.  May be prudent to apply some discount.
