WWIII is already ongoing for some years and recently involves the Scandinavia.
It' s the global war against terrorism.

Best case scenario, a coup in NK and a new friendly regime took over.......and after that, re-united with SK. With treaties sign with China nd Russia for no significant military installation within 50km to 100km on both sides of their common borders (excluding border guards with small arms).
i am actually interested to see whether the fatty kim is really crazy or stupid.. hehe

NK will probably emptied its long range missiles with nuke in the first few hours of conflict taking aim at SK, Japan, Hawaii and Alaska. Subsequently, fierce fighting will erupt in souther part of NK against SK,Japan and US combined forces........nearing the end of the war or when its is obvious NK is falling, China and Russia will do a land grap of NK' s land. Both with the intention of preventing the potential danger of US stationing troops at their borders in the new united Korea.........IMHO......... I played too much war games lieow...... :p
All countries in Asia are within NK' s Taepodong-2 range of est. 9,000km.......... part of Alaska, Canada & Australia as well............
If war breaks, NK might split into 3. one significant part(northern) under China, small (nort-east) part under Russia, and the main southern part under SK........... ... IMHO. war should be over within a month.

Anytime now..... Carl Vinson Strike Group left Singapore 3 days ago to head to Korea Peninsula................... with China also abondoning them, NK is now without friends................ this might be it. A quick and bloody war............
The dynamics of war have changed. That is why Russia and US didn' t have direct confrontation back then, only proxy wars and cold war.
These super powers have nuclear arms, once nuclear arms are used, there will be no stopping until the the threats are exterminated.
If anything, china stationing their troops in N.korea would be more for stopping N.Korea from doing anything stupid like using nuclear arms.
China wants to focus on trade and development than direct confrontation now.
Russia alone, does not stand a chance against the US. All these news is probably here to spread fear only.
No world leaders are stupid enough to go to war with another super power, it is a lose-lose situation.
