Hmm acquisition using shares based on share price 68.8 cents.. wonder if its intentionally depressed on share price to allow more shares allocated to seller.. if they announce the acquisitions few days earlier, they would have issue considerable less shares to the seller

terrrible day.... and if u look at today trade all the let go is in small amount, i mean no bb will play till so hiong right?
Actually it once was 20+ cents before the run up and the valuation was about 8 p/e ratio.. it did well in the earnings for full year 2020 and so investors finally recognise the fundamentals.. but this recent half year results are sub-par, at 2+ cents eps.. if annualised this earnings and assuming market went back to valuing lowly at 8 p/e, then share price is 40+ cents.. Union gas will need to find its new benchmark of valuation if it needs to command higher share price premium
