This creative recent years like to hype up their share prices.. news that could be positive to market they release.. negative stuff like little sales, they keep quiet.. sgx shld ensure companies release news in a fair manner and not using their platform as advertising to get retailers jeep in on false hopes
Look at challenger. Delist failed as company cash rich and minority sh want a premium. If delist, im sure the minority wants more. Its to creative advantage to remain listed. Milk the shareholders as much as they can. Earn salary + bonus while reporting loss every qtr. Does all mtgm take $1 monthly salary or only Sim?
if i recall correctly, this sound xfi costed $100m right? Where is the return on this investment? Been out for more than 2yrs? What the sales? Sim still think its 1990s? Can slowly market and sell? Its such a disgrace.. the mtgm. Been destroying shareholder value slowly.

But the truth is this company is nothing but a bottomless pit aka Money Pit.

Net assets is $101 millions, mostly cash. If share price is $1 then then takeover price is only $75 millions. Still make $25million cash.
