Profit Guidance for the Unaudited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter and Nine-Month Period Ended 31 January 2026
The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of ecoWise Holdings Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo , and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to announce that, following a preliminary review of the Group&rsquo s unaudited consolidated financial results for the third quarter (&ldquo 3Q FY2026&rdquo ) and the nine month period ended 31 January 2026 (&ldquo 9M FY2026&rdquo ), the Group expects to report a net loss from continuing operations for both 3Q FY2026 and 9M FY2026.
The expected losses in 3Q FY2026 and 9M FY2026 were mainly attributable to (i) lower other income mainly due to absence of one-off gain on disposal of assets held for sale in the current periods and (ii) higher administrative expenses mainly driven by higher manpower costs. These increases were partially offset by lower finance costs following the early settlement of certain borrowings in Malaysia after the disposal of properties previously pledged as collateral.
Notwithstanding the above, the Group&rsquo s operating cash flows for 9M FY2026 and its working capital position as at 31 January 2026 have improved as compared to the corresponding nine-month period ended 31 January 2025.
The Company is in the process of finalising the Group&rsquo s unaudited financial results for 3Q FY2026 and 9M FY2026 (the &ldquo Results&rdquo ). Further details on the Group&rsquo s financial performance will be disclosed in the Results, which will be announced on or before 17 March 2026.
Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company. Persons who are in doubt as to the action they should take should consult their stockbrokers, bankers, accountants, solicitors or other professional advisers.
