Haven' t XD already trending lower from the high of 32.5 cents after special dividend driven news. But I am not perturb. This is quite an illiquid counter with insiders holding around 75%. It is in their interest to declare high dividend whenever possible so that they can receive tax free income. If they want to sell, it is also their interest to sustain the share price higher. With such little public float, it is unlikely that it will get corner by short sellers especially if the company is profitable. It is fortunate that so far, it seems that the management is not stingy in giving out dividends.

No. If you think that' s how thing going to pan out, you should sell ASAP after factoring in dividend and overall cost and you still can get out with profits. If not, then sell as soon as breakeven or slight profit with future dividend.

Thank you management for the special dividend, else, it may transact at 27 now. Having said so, price may come down a lot once XD but it is unlikely to go below 29 cents. My action plan is do nothing but add a bit more if it come down to 27.

Feel better now after the very poor 1Q and overall 1H results. If they maintain FY dividend of 1.11 cents I don' t know what to say.

There was a big off market transaction where one substantial shareholders offloaded his 12% shares to CEO Lim SW and Director Tan KK. Now the 2 own a combined of 75% shares [Lim: 47% and Tan: 28%]. This is going to make the stock illiquid. The off market transacted price apparently was 28 cents. While it is impossible to second guess the reason(s) when a substantial shareholder sold out, it does seem that Mr Lim, the founder, and Director Tan are optimistic on the future of the company. This is preceded by the very poor 1Q2023 results. We as minority can only hope the insdiers know better and get it right quickly.

Yes profit drop but founder in his message express confident going forward. The special dividend is totally unexpected but with insiders holding more than 70% of the shares, chances are whenever possible, they will declare meaningful dividends. That way they can get tax free income and it is the way to go for them as they can keep holding on to their shares. It could well be a ' message' to Mr Tan that he shouldn' t sell! Whatever it is, if founder and other insiders are confident that' s what' s matter. This could be a retirement stock if every 5 years they declare special dividend lol.

Ok. The seller, Mr Tan Chwee Choon, was an excutive director and he retired in Apr 23. So he sold all his shares recently after he retired. He is 66 years old and I think want to enjoy life liao. His shares were 100% pick up by the founder and another director. On this basis, I think it is a non factor as far as providing insight to the company. If at all, the founder seems confident in his company.

We will never know exactly why he wanted to sell out. Like you said maybe he saw no good prospects, if not, he could have pledge his shares to get loan if he needed money for example. Or it could be that he wanted to retire and enjoy life and don?t wish to have any liability in loan. Or perhaps he needed the money where liquidating to him was the best option? We never will know but since founder and one of the directors bought over everything, as insiders, I think it is not too worrying.

Hyphens Pharma' s DocMed partners Hoang Duc to digitalise pharmaceutical supply chain in Vietnam
Hyphens Pharma International&rsquo s 1J5 0.00% subsidiary DocMed Technology has formed a 51:49 joint venture (JV) with the equity owners of Hoang Duc Pharmaceutical & Medical Supplies, a pharmaceutical distribution company in Vietnam, to develop a B2B virtual medical hypermart for pharmaceutical supplies in Vietnam.

The Vietnam Hypermart is envisaged to help digitalise Vietnam&rsquo s pharmaceutical supply chain and level it up in terms of industry best practices, as well as to promote efficiency and transparency in the supply of authentic pharmaceutical drugs, OTC pharmaceutical products, medical devices and consumables.

The Vietnam Hypermart platform is an extension of POM, DocMed&rsquo s Virtual Medical Hypermart in Singapore. POM is currently one of the largest B2B medical procurement platforms in Singapore, having achieved more than $30 million in transactions and 500,000 log-ins for 2022.

Targeting some 35,000 potential B2B customers in Hoang Duc&rsquo s Vietnam distribution network, comprising hospitals, clinics, independent and chain pharmacies, and other retail outlets, the Vietnam Hypermart will have various digital tools that can be used by its customers to streamline their supply chain, and for local pharmaceutical companies to enhance the distribution of their products, and in doing so, help to promote a more orderly market.

The Vietnam Hypermart will leverage on Hoang Duc&rsquo s existing distribution channels and DocMed&rsquo s leading technology capabilities and experience in Healthtech/Pharmtech and the distribution of pharmaceutical products in Singapore.

With DocMed&rsquo s assistance, Vietnam Hypermart strives to raise the awareness of the authenticity of pharmaceutical products amongst its customers and could also potentially introduce the e-pharmacy concept to Vietnam.

60% increase in dividend. Consider good as long as growth momentum continues, which look likely.

Up 23% since about 1 year back but it had experienced low of 18 cents and high of 56 cents in the past. Its price tanked from 56 cents due to mismanagement of inventory during covid time. Price then stabilised around 30 cens for good 2 years and hopefully it is now firmly behind its back. I am vested of course I believe it should claw back up toward 50 cents but I have no control over it except that it will pay higher dividends if profits increase.

HVRRVH      ( Date: 08-Jan-2022 12:44) Posted:

Vested at .295 and .3. For the near future just aim for stabilising in price and to receive small dividend. In mid to longer term, hope that the businesses indeed expand with higher revenue/profit to drive share price up.

Price actions in recent months could be harbinger that the upcoming results going to be very good. Hopefully it will be a blockbuster one and most importantly, with increase in dividend.

It was traded at 33.5 and 34 on 29 Dec. Took 1 month to try 35 and stay 35 finally. It hit low of 27 on 12/5/22 and again low of 27.5 on 4/11/22. Needless to say, it need to stay above current level to scale new high and the upcoming results would be decisive. Should have higher dividend this year, hope so.
