Buy within this week to get dividend!

CLCT is just a FX issue - most of its borrowings is in S$ which accentuates it. If/when S$ weakens this will reverse.

 

I' m betting on Sasseur to beat the contrarian view that China domestic retail is in deep trouble, and I also like it' s ultra-low gearing.
I was worried that BHG results would drag this down, but it didn' t budge one bit.

Despite the expected good results, DPU is severely eroded by forex.
Still, I predict a small increase in DPU, which is already amazing given the tough retail and forex headwinds now in China. That' s already a huge improvement over CLCT' s -8.8% decrease in DPU.
Let' s see how Mr market reacts.

 

Looks like the trend post covid is for Chinese shoppers to spend locally rather than overseas, which is good for Sasseur.

 

There were 10 S-Reits and property trusts which recorded net institutional inflows in the month of July. They were Keppel DC Reit, CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT), CapitaLand India Trust (Clint), ESR-Logos Reit, Far East Hospitality Trust, Digital Core Reit, Paragon Reit, it include Sasseur Reit.

Analysts have put Sasseur Reit in good hand. Unitholders should be vert happy about this news. ☆ 》 😗 It do help DBS analyst to described this move that will be well received by unit shareholders. ☆ 》 😗 We believe this is a move by Reit management and it CEO to share this good news to accumulated its asset strategy with shareholders, especially in such a challenging environment. ☆ 》 😀 😗 We believe this is a strong prove testament from management that it is exercising it duty of care and loyalty to all stakeholders who have been supportive of the company all this time.☆ ...😁 😗

At least some debt uncertainty reduced. Sasseur manage to refinance (not delay like Dasin or EC World) offshore loan by 3 yrs, finalising refinancing onshore. Up coming DPU should be v. bad because of 4Q covid outbreak during zero-covid-exit wave. But should have good DPU resilience going forward.

Good, let go up in future to match the new higher asset value gor the company.

We don't wait ro wait and wait and wait for that someone to execute their move, or we can try to attract outsider BBs to make. Well deserved price adjustment shown on the chart...ok. thk.
