Low baller got no ball to convene egm to volutanry delist counter, coz shareholder sure scold up down in the meeting one
Only through general offer, the no baller can hide behind and hoping to collect till 90% then exercise rights
Sgx will never grant the approval without an EGM approval by shareholders
Coz SGX can't be gei kiam in any case to detrimental the benefit of shareholder

Like Aztech become private shareholders loh...Agm meetimg etc need to see the bigger SH face no speaker right and up to SH whether want to give dividend or not. . .Also meeting no drik or food to eat.

No harm holding on to the last, at most still get 2.10 so y not try for the hope of higher price

Every trading day, these people increase their stake by 1 to 2%, hopefully by end of trading on October 2, they cannot reach 90% but it looks too close to tell at this point, eg some people panicked on last day and dumped shares wholesale, then how man?

Every trading day, these people increase their stake by 1 to 2%, hopefully by end of trading on October 2, they cannot reach 90% but it looks too close to tell at this point, eg some people panicked on last day and dumped shares wholesale, then how man?

There is more than 100mils shares change hands after the offer doc, so those represent more than 10% of the total issued shares, which they are unlikely to sell at $2.10. Those who is in the money will likely sell at $2.10.
So the offer is very likely will fail, so if it fails, the price will drop to $2 - $2.09 range, anything below $2 will be no brainer accumulate.
