2. Review of performance of the Group
a. Revenue and Cost of Sales
The hotel under Hoi An Pearl Joint Stock Company (" HAP" ) which is operating under the brand name Bay Resorts Hoi An
and managed internally by Bay Hospitality Pte. Ltd. has commenced operation on 27 March 2023.
The Group&rsquo s revenue of S$0.38 million and cost of sales of $0.50 million 1H2023 was mainly derived from hotel operation.
For 1H2022, as the hotel developments have yet to be completed, the Group has no recurring revenue and no cost of sales incurred.


1H23 only 3 months revenue from the 128 rooms Hoi An Resort

2H23 will be soaring with dual engine, inclusive of revenue from the 284 rooms Da Nang Bay Capital.
