if base on the disclosure of MC payment for FY18,19 and 2020 half year result, the pre-admission exercised/Circular have to be submitted before Nov i think. If dragged over Nov means have to disclose 9 months result to meet the listing requirement. I don' t think Artivision have the time to drag to Feb 2020.

Arti' s only hope is the RTO if fails to go through, stock price is worth nothing despite financial backing by Oxley Ching . It is $9m in the red.

The proposed RTO was first announced in 2017 and has gone thru numerous postponements
i almost gave up on this penny let' s hope the Long wait is worth the while if it is successful and send the share price flying
