Those who are away or unable to attend the EGM can always send in the proxy form which is attached to the circular to vote.

No mentioning about future...just talked about past how they " tried" to salvage the company and telling shareholders not to blame the present management for the under performance o the company...
Story about how new shareholder Mr See knew the condition of the company (watch list and losses) and still continue to take up the placement...Reveal that Mr See was doing consultant work for the company in the past few years and have access to all accounts and documents of the company and says that Mr See is to be partially blame also...
These few days penny stock cheong like rocket but this counter kena locked up - all due to the in-fighting and smart directors...so in my opinion, I will sure vote them out as there is no hope with this present management...too bad I could not attend the EGM...Otherwise I will show them my color...of course my vote and black face...hahaha

Just received a letter from the exisitng Board of Directors persuading me to vote against all resolutions for the EGM of removing the existing Board citing the inexperience of the incoming directors and invalid reasons of wanting to kick the current directors out.
Intially, me wanted to support the current Board as the other camp is indeed no experience but tulan for the JM application action resulting in suspension of trading! Stupid current directors. Time to go. Hopefully, the china element would bring about reverse takeover or pump in capital or both and then cancel the JM application and restart trading.

After EGM, should release suspension and the only party that will sell will be losing party...so if 7% lose, then 7% sell, if 12% lose, then 12% start selling...anyway, the scenario will be most likely 7% selling and also the selling should be short live...

sorry, pressed the wrong button. Suppose to press quote become unuseful. The SUSP wording being removed from the trading plaform the minutes the pairing session over. So take note.

If the EGM can (legally) continue, I believe the new management will win, at least for me, I will vote for new management as it will give new hope to the company...
If this case of JM is initiated by the present management, then I think they acted out of desperation...as they are counting on 5% from Mitsubishi to balance the 12% by new managment, so this is 50-50 fight...we, the retail shareholder will have the say at the EGM...so please...if possible, attend the EGM to vote...I thought director fee is supposedly paid for directors to work for and unlock value for shareholders ??? In this case, shareholders are being locked...
If this case of JM is initiated by the 175K creditor (most probably is friendly forces to new management...), then it suggested that new management do not have the power to increase 12% shareholding, therefore locking the market shares until EGM...Also means Old Management have no better ways to fight the new management but to follow their game plan...New management have more strategies and people there have more knowledge to play take-over game ???
These are all my personal opinions with limited knowledge...Do your own analysis and I maybe wrong...
PS...I am on holidays for next 3 weeks so not possible to attend EGM and bare in mind, the EGM avenue is not the company address, it has bigger space to accomodate more shareholders and this is a sign of good show on that day...

I kinda of agree that the existing management is trying to lock out the whole company thinking for sure the EGM in August would kick it out by the 12% shareholders. Going through the profile of the proposed directors in the circular, the one with a whole list catches my attention most. It gives me a feeling the company will most probably be sold as a back-door listing vehicle in the near future when the new management takes over especially when the proposed top new person is from china.

There is internal management board scuffle that seek to remove 4 directors. Who know it may be a blessing in disguise with the new proposed directors to change core business or diversify their interest to put company back to track again. Stock suspended does not necessarily mean it is 100 pct gone case. Believed there is still hope once the scuffle is settled.
How to support them ? We paid them salary and the share prices like " shit " ,, may be new group gives better hope ,,

So far company didn' t withdraw the EGM announcement we have received the notice to attend this meeting...
