A lot of the properties quoted in the news article are State properties, on short term tenure.
Essentially, they rent from the State and sub-let out or they like to call " service agreement" .

And my guess is , company pple may have "relations" with JTC pple . Looking at JTC awarded contracts.

Trading at NAV. Upside not much.
If above NAV, then as property stock over valued .
Also dont like its Cambodia venture as Cambodia may be the 2nd Myanmar.

Actually got 200k at 28.5c yesterday then sold off at closing ...now see again 355....wow heartpain..
