So the truth is out, you owned 5000 shares of SPH?  Why then you go to Kep Infra, Singtel, Sembcorp, oceanus and other forum and stir shit? You not scared short sellers like yourself go short sell SPH shares??

Sorry investors of SPH, this id " investshare" had been stirring shit in other forums while not owning any shares of from those forums and likely " it" is a short seller and wanna create fear in those shares so " it" could benefit from it.  I only have issue with this " investshare" and have no issue with all the investors of SPH.

I am ok with reit but not 2 odd lots especially when I only 5000 shares Sph .. I likely to sell in market if no all-cash offer.

Likewise, I don' t like the reits. Wii hold on till the last day of the offer. Maybe, can get a few more cts if both reits are up. Take the 3 cts dividend first.
Judging Kepcorp price drop, very likely a new offer coming

Hope there will be all cash offer. I don?t want to end up with odd lots which are difficult to trade

If the prices of the Keppel and Temasek offers are too close - could lead to both being tabled and a split vote
Result in a failed buyout. Hence I think TH will now be aggressive or decisive. If TH walks away / the deal may still fail due to Keppel and Sph shareholders both being
unhappy for different reasons.

Only consider cash offer. Otherwise those shares offer will result in odd lots which are not tradable resulting in losses.

Upside:
1. Higher bid
2. Sphreit and Keppel reit higher price

Downside:
1. Sphreit and Keppel reit lower price

What do you think?

Nice but I would still vote NO. If they saw the value, why did they give such a Low ball offer in the first place.

So if both are on the table, both will fail. The vote will be split.

I would prefer a all-cash offer.
One share already troublesome, this one come with two some more.

If you recall, KREIT and SPH REIT prices tanked following the announcement of the scheme by Keppel, presumably from the overhang with the expected increase in free float. Upon the new all-cash offer by Cuscaden Peak, both KREIT and SPH REIT probably saw short-covering and prices rallied. If the company chooses Keppel' s offer for whatever reason, then wouldn' t KREIT and SPH REIT collapse again? Perhaps we might find ourselves debating whether we are better or worse off with either proposal. Best case for shareholders is another higher offer then win-win for all

Yes, you are correct, if Kep Corp just push up say Kep Reit or SPH reit prices .....the offer will auto goes up ( say 2.15)
In this case, it will be much higher then cash offer of 2.10 ....Kep dont even need to counter another offer

If reit is higher price now, isn?t Keppel offer automatically higher since a portion of offer is in the reit share?

Super Low ball offer from Kep, think they will have to revise their offer price.
SPH now trading at 2.17-2.18

Seem like there is chance to hit 2.30

Shareking11      ( Date: 02-Nov-2021 10:15) Posted:

LOL...SPH is worth at least 2.30 to 2.70 per share based on latest NAV, and the BOD has an obilgation to ensure that it acts in the benefit of its shareholders. They cannot let KEP get away with such a low offer.

Note that it has been 3 months since KEP made the first bid and SPH Reit' s value has increased significantly. Also SPH Reit Manager is not valued in the original offer which is worth at least 15 to 20 cents more. The way they have calculated NAV is misleading....
