Tech stocks have rallied aggressively and many valuations now look increasingly stretched. In several parts of the market, prices are rising much faster than underlying earnings growth. A company earning $1 billion annually may be valued at $80&ndash 100 billion purely on future expectations. That works only if growth continues flawlessly for many years. Once liquidity tightens or sentiment changes, valuations can compress very quickly.

Crypto often acts as a forward risk barometer because it reacts faster than traditional markets to liquidity conditions and investor sentiment. When crypto weakens despite bullish narratives, it can signal that speculative appetite is fading beneath the surface.

At the same time, there are growing concerns that parts of the U.S. financial and political establishment are slowing down or resisting crypto regulation progress such as the CLARITY Act. If the United States continues to delay regulatory clarity while other regions move faster, it risks losing leadership in the digital asset and blockchain sector.

This is one reason many investors continue favoring gold. Gold is viewed as a store of value during periods of currency debasement, excessive debt expansion, and declining confidence in fiat systems.

The United States national debt is now approaching or exceeding $40 trillion, a figure larger than annual military spending many times over. The concern is not just the size of the debt, but whether it can realistically be serviced without either:

- significantly higher taxation,

Historically, governments with very large debt burdens often rely on inflation as an indirect way to reduce the real value of liabilities.

- If a can of Coke costs $1 today and rises to $10 in the future,

- wages, assets, and nominal GDP also rise dramatically,

- then a $40 trillion debt burden may effectively behave more like $4 trillion in today&rsquo s purchasing power terms.

In nominal terms the debt still exists, but in real purchasing power terms its burden becomes smaller because the currency itself has been devalued.

This is why some investors prefer hard assets such as gold, commodities, energy, or scarce digital assets during periods of high debt expansion and long-term currency debasement concerns.

You are like hving this feeling for a very long time already. It will come. Matter of time. Yesterday I saw u for and aunties discussing about stocks at the hawker centres and this morning I saw another uncle checking out DJI. Not discriminating. But IYKYK. Stock market can be very kind but can be very cruel as well.

I donno about u guys..... But I woke feeling very uneasy and worried about the market state...

There' s no breath, US market has been hitting record high but many retailers are either missed the boat or still in heavy losses.

There could be a big draw down in the market in coming weeks.. a big correction ....

Trade with extreme caution....

I have a very bearish feeling and really bad feeling....
