I think reits and banks are going up, because of dividend payments in late August/September.

Need to sack the Reit Manager of MLT. Price keep falling they keep divesting properties and dividend yield keep dropping. Some hanky panly BS happening behind the scenes.
On May 14, 2025, Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) news includes a report by DBS Group Research recommending a " buy" with a $1.55 target price, citing a " tactical opportunity" due to a 90-day US-China trade truce.  MLT, which invests in logistics warehouses in Asia-Pacific, has been impacted by investor risk-off positioning in recent times, according to DBS Group Research.  Analyst forecasts for distribution per unit (DPU) have been trimmed by 8-13% for FY2026-2027 as MLT shifts to a distribution not boosted by divestment gains.
