Decided to sell all, including my long term portion. Current price met my own target PE (around 10x at current price, though still low compared to Peers.)

Bro, if you want good dividends, go for REIT or my perennial favourite Kep Infra Trust.
NamCheong mgtm needs funds to execute their strategy and build the company stronger.
Don't be too concerned with dividend at this stage.
Go for share price appreciation.

today high at 1.37. heading to 1.4 series wave soon. getting closer and closer to DBS forecast
finally break $1.30.... hopefully can hit to the next wave 1.4 by end of this week
