One thing I hate about SGX - you can have a trading halt for days without a reason being given. In other exchanges it is much quicker.
Why is Digicore halted today?
When fears about profitability of AI spend accelerate, having 20%+ of empty space is not great. If you have unbreakable long term contracts then that is much better as you are then insulated from demand concerns unless the counterparty goes bust.

Not sure why you would buy this at this price when you can buy the NTT one at a much better yield and no re-lease risk.

[SINGAPORE] Digital Core Reit : DCRU +1.04% reported distributable income of US$35.2 million for the nine months ended Sep 30, up 1.9 per cent from a year earlier.
Revenue for the period climbed 83.9 per cent to US$132.4 million, from US$72 million previously, its manager said in a bourse filing on Wednesday (Oct 22).
Net property income rose 49.6 per cent to US$67.7 million, from US$45.3 million in the same period a year ago.
Property expenses more than doubled to US$64.6 million from US$26.7 million.
As at Dec 31, 2024, the trust&rsquo s assets under management stood at US$1.7 billion across 11 data centres, compared with US$1.4 billion and 10 data centres as at Sep 30, 2024.
Portfolio occupancy was 98 per cent as at Sep 30, excluding a property in Virginia currently undergoing refurbishment.
