as the saying goes, " unit trust" .- u need trust, they need money. they just cream off money from the table, and happily went for they happy session
it appeared over-subscribed because > 93% placement shares and less than 7% went for public offering
the underwriters prices the IPO agressively , there is less " money left on the table"
imho
Maybe this arranger should use AI to do valuation of the IPO. This and the recent one are both underwater. Avoid this arranger or shot its IPO
