The major shareholder got the first hand in the business, account, revenue etc and also very confident that the market super upturn is coming, then they will want to buy out the company to enjoy the fruits.
During downturn, you hold the shares for him and subscript to my right issue to subsidize the company expense.
When upturn come, he buy out all the shares and pocket all the huge profits.
Cranes are required too in Jurong Island oil and gas construction.

My bet is that the whole block of 16.5 mil shares at $0.55 would be bought up by OCBC the advising bank next week. They are already quite close to 90% and for them to ignore this 2% block would be quite stupid for them.

They should eat up the 16.3 M block and extend the GO date if they sincerly want...those advertisement in newspaper cost them $50 over thousands loh...and printing of booklet to send to shareholders too!!..
