How to buy and invest into such Inactive Stock ?
Buy City Dev better. At least can sell at $9.20 then buy back at $8.80.
My friend bought 10 lot at $8. He is in his 60s now.

I invest in DBS also long term what.
At $14.50 5 lot.
Sold 2 lot at $28.
Bought back at $23.50.
Liquid can sell at good price anytime Collect Dividends and Investment increase in value.

I put my $ on ThaiBev at 59 cts and now at more than 20% returns (profits).
If i put my $ on hotel grand, just barely can cover the brokerage comms.
