I think that he should make a comeback after his successful failure to takeover Vibropower. Due to his great success, I want him to try and takeover Vibropower again.

Revenue increase more than 100% so Bro Spinaround is close.
Profitability, Turning from loss to profitable, very good 👍 .
Only thing very bad is no dividend declare 🙁 (again) by management. What is the management thinking??. No reward to shareholders traded price is way below NTA and NO DIVIDEND again. Why support this stock, support the management?

This price is way below the placement and warrant coversion price that company took in alot of money.
So far, the money is not use wisely to improve return and only to be set aside or use to cover lost making??
The board asked for approval to do Share Buy back, approval given in AGM/EGM, why the board and managment is not buying share at this very low price and improve the return?
This is better a use of the fund in my opinion. Unless they have better ida and very good business plan to make profitable investment.

If really is the case, I hope the Vibropower managment can make a good " market liking" announcement so stock price can follow move up. Will they announce interim dividend? Stock buy back with the spare cash?
At the moment minority shareholders are suffering with ridiculours price level NTA-24 cents, stock is trading at 6/7 cents.
