This is what happens when a stock is languishing in its own s__t management.ESR needs a Quartz to stir the stagnant water and wakeup the management and retail investors.
Think of cut losses.
You can see that ESR Logo Reit is not moving higher, it stops at 32cents since the beginning of year 2024. ESR Logo Reit stocks is not so attractive to lure retail investors to join in, as ESR is controlling their stocks. It is good to look for other interesting stocks.
ESR Logo Reit is din don stock which cannot move up but go down instead. Because they are only the players. Very tired and exhausted to watch this stock. It is good for other interesting stocks.

It does not matter. After all, ESR Logo Reit is the only player. If the share prices go up to 32 cents and above. Everyone will rejoice. But this is only a dream.

before 8.58am, many buy queues. Then at 8.58am suddenly disappear.
Same as normal trading hours. Sometimes fake buy queues appear and suddenly gone. Lure ppl to buy is it |

ok.. yesterday some BBs placed fake buy queues before 8.58am.
Today we see whether they do the same trick.

Buy back does not mean to support high price, after buy back a lot, then can use a bit to hold at a higher price.
ESR Logo Reit had been buying back their shares on last week Friday 01 March. But the share prices kept going down. Alamak

There are not many companies in Singapore where the management is not also the controlling shareholder. If you want to avoid such companies on SGX you won' t be left with many to choose from.
Oh, I see. ESR Logo Reit is a controlled stock and cannot move.
If I knew about it, I will not buy this stock. No wonder, the stock will trade around 32 cents.
Obviously this is one company that does not have the retail shareholders interest .The manager is owned by the major shareholder so any corporate decision is in the interest of them.
