the time restraint may seem a disadvantage but if you buy give 4 days contra the price may drop 4 days worth
Short $100 at 10. Three outcomes
1, buy back at 9, Gain $9 (commission approx $1 flat) (assume 30% chance)
2, buy back at 10. Loss $1 (assume 50% chance)
3, buy back at 11. Loss $11 (assume 20%)
Estimated Gain: $2.7 - $0.5 - $2.2 = Break even. Can adjust the percentage accordingly.
(disadvantage: time restraint)
(advantage: still can make profit on a down day)
Q are in thousand but with 0.01 how much is the cost... can be easily up.. and down.hahaha
Should be a lot selling today after T+2.
