&ndash Homegrown Food Tech company with a diverse business portfolio spanning Food Production, Distribution, Services and Innovation, Oceanus Group Limited (&ldquo Oceanus&rdquo , 欧 圣 集 团 , and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ), is pleased to announce that it continues to make good strides in global food security capabilities.

With the incorporation of Oceanus Tradelog Pte Ltd (&ldquo Oceanus Tradelog&rdquo ), Oceanus has expanded its business capabilities to include warehousing and logistics solutions to support both external customers and Oceanus&rsquo current growing online and offline distribution business in the region. Oceanus Tradelog will service the Group&rsquo s various distribution subsidiaries, such as Season Global Trading Pte Ltd, Sino Food Group Pte Ltd and Asia Fisheries Pte Ltd.

In addition, an external customer base comprising of various international food industry players is being built. Oceanus Tradelog has recently secured a contract to supply SATS Ltd.&rsquo s subsidiary, Country Foods Pte Ltd, with both warehousing and logistics services for its frozen meat products. Page 2 of 3 As the Group continues to ramp up its logistics capabilities, it has plans for Oceanus Tradelog to manage approximately 600,000 square feet of warehousing facilities in the region within the next two to three years. Other than warehousing services,

Oceanus Tradelog will also look into the distribution of frozen food products. Since the beginning of October 2021, Oceanus has secured distribution deals totaling 875 tonnes for the export of frozen meat to neighbouring countries in South East Asia. Separately, Sino Food Group Pte Ltd, another subsidiary of Oceanus will be supplying up to 100 containers of frozen foods every month to China.
