A word of caution for those who want to jump in to contra or short term trading. Price opened high today at 12.2c, now it' s hovering below opening price at 11.5c. If close below opening price, it will show a down bar on big volume. Not so bullish, represents distribution. Anyway news is already out

5 November 2015  Envictus acquires 11.4% stake in Yamada Green for $10.5 mil

SINGAPORE (Nov 5): Envictus International has acquired 92.7 million shares representing a 11.43% stake in Yamada Green Resources for $10.5 million via the open market and married deal transactions.

Yamada Green Resources is a major grower, manufacturer and supplier of fresh and processed agricultural products in Fujian Province, China, and has been listed on the Singapore Exchange since Oct 8, 2010.

Envictus, formerly known as Etika, was founded in 1997 as a manufacturer and distributor of sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk, and has since evolved into a diversified F& B player via several acquisitions.

Envictus says the acquisition represents a strategic investment by the company in the food industry.

&ldquo The Group will have an additional stream of income by way of dividend income, which is higher than the interest income which the Company is earning,&rdquo says Envictus.

Envictus last closed at 10 cents.
