Placement of 1.2 bil shares @ $0.0018 to business associates of Wang Zhen Weng.
In total they would have amassed a controlling stake of 51.3% after the placement (though they are not acting in concert ?)
I see money coming in and I see stock trending higher like Blumont :)

Bro, the puzzling thing is the seller could have sold at 0.002, there is a buy queue of more than 100 million shares at 0.002.  Why did seller sell at half price?
Scatching my head over this, something is not quite right.

Strange, but how did he manage to jump the 0.0002 Buy q?    Likely a married deal outside.

Wang has 26.98% of Infineo, having bought 680 million shares.  This works out to a whopping 2.5 billion outstanding shares.  All waiting to sell to you at 0.003, hehe.

So far, Board changes have been announced. But the two still there, only add two new guys, still got some way to go. There are too many shares outstanding so can't expect a jump as there are sellers stuck and just waiting to unload. I find it challenging for new guy. The costs are still there even with no business now add another 2 directors will burn more cash. The new CEO is the construction guy who paid the debts. Now he song song collect salary. See what he can do. My q still firm at 1. Can buy at 2 but be prepared for long stay. Anticipate new guy may do rights. I doubt placement will work.just my thoughts only.

keep the taith, stay calm in the midst of the storm.    if you don' t have the share, you have nothing lost.  If you bought at 0.002, and you need to sell at 0.001, you make a loss of more than half you invested in.
If you stay calm and buy at 0.001, even if you need to sell urgently for any reason, your loss is limited to brokerage fees.
It' s a test of nerves and logic.

there are many sellers out there, who have been holding to the shares for a long long time, and they are tired.    wait for them to sell to you at 0.0001.

In case you do not know, there are 2.5 billions sellers, potentially.    why so gan chiong?      Stay calm, keep the faith, buy only at 1.
